The Big Stretch – 1 hour

http://www.birthwork.com/Home.233.0.html

The Big Stretch is not your usual birth film. Rather than focusing just on images of women giving birth, film-maker Alieta Belle and midwife Jenny Blyth invited women to share their distilled wisdom about this major transformation: their hopes and fears, their joys and disappointments; the changes that they experienced in themselves and their bodies, and their advice for other women. The result is a unique and powerful collectiion of birthing wisdom and insights into the journey of birth and motherhood.

Birth As We Know It – 40 minutes

http://www.birthasweknowit.com/theatrical_trailer.html

"Birth As We Know It is a stunning film that pulls you in and mesmerizes you with its beauty. It delicately depicts and sensitively observes one of natures most private and yet miraculous events: the birth of a new human being. Rare and intelligent. Scientifically sound. Highly recommended to all future parents who who want to birth a new generation of loving and caring children. "

Birth Of Sabine – 10 minutes

One of the messages of birth is that every woman is different, each birth is unique, every baby has her own way of arriving. The Birth of Sabine is a Motherbaby favorite. Narration free, this video shows the expansion of a family from beginning to end in ten short minutes. Drama sets in when the baby’s water breaks but Sabine decides to wait in the womb for a little longer. ‘What’s a Mother to do?’

It’s My Body, My Baby, My Birth – 30 minutes

http://www.itsmybodymybabymybirth.com/Home.html

In this film about natural Childbirth, you will see the story about 7 women and their stories of natural childbirth.
We hear from mothers, partners, midwives and an obstetrician.
Each woman’s story is unique and powerful. Pain, safety, and fear are all addressed in this honest and compelling film.
The beauty of birth is self evident. Each woman births her baby in the way that is best for her. During this film the viewer will explore several options, at home, at a birthing center, and at the hospital.

Baby Led Breastfeeding – 15 minutes

In Baby-Led Breastfeeding, we see mothers learning to breastfeed naturally−by letting their babies show them how. Human babies are already hardwired to seek out and find the breast. In this video we see just how babies can do it−when we get out of the babies' way.

"We don't have to make our babies learn to feed−we just allow them to follow their instincts to learn."

5:00-5:45 p.m.

Birthing Peace – 30 minutes

http://www.unassistedchildbirth.com/bookshop/videos/bv8_birthing_peace.html

Birth Day is a documentary exquisitely capturing the beauty of a natural home birth in the lush mountain countryside of Xalapa, Veracruz, Mexico. Taped by the baby's grandfather, Georges Vinaver and narrated by the baby's mother, midwife Naoli Vinaver Lopez, we are treated to the birth of this family's third child and first daughter, Tamaya Okumura Vinaver.
